Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 31 March 2026

This Cancellation Policy governs all order cancellation requests for purchases made from Crafted Perfumes.

1. Cancellation window

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

2. How to cancel

To request a cancellation, the customer must contact us immediately via:

Cancellation requests are considered valid only after confirmation from our team.

3. Post-dispatch cancellation

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.

Customers must refer to the Return & Replacement Policy and Refund Policy for further handling.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Failure to confirm or repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in:

  • Cancellation of current order

  • Restriction or permanent removal of COD option for future orders

5. Cancellation by Crafted Perfumes

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Operational or logistical constraints

In such cases, a full refund will be processed if payment has been made.

6. Refund on cancellation

  • Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

7. Abuse of cancellation

We reserve the right to restrict or block customers who demonstrate abusive cancellation behavior, including repeated cancellations or misuse of COD services.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability in cancellation cases is limited strictly to the refund of the amount paid.

No additional claims, compensation, or damages will be entertained.

9. Final authority

All cancellation requests and decisions are subject to verification and approval.

Crafted Perfumes reserves the final right to approve or deny any cancellation request.
