This Shipping Policy governs the dispatch, delivery, and handling of orders placed with Crafted Perfumes.


1. Delivery coverage

We offer delivery across India.

Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners.


2. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Processing may take longer during peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Delivery timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on location.

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify shipping charges without prior notice.


5. Order tracking

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment using the provided details.


6. Delivery attempts

Courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts.

If the order is undelivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Failure to respond

The order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be charged additionally.


7. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions

  • Operational disruptions

Delivery timelines may extend in such cases.


9. Risk & ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.


10. Damaged or tampered packages

If the package appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the order, or

  • Record a complete unboxing video

Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.


11. Non-delivery / lost shipments

In case of lost shipments, resolution will be initiated with the courier partner.

Replacement or refund (if applicable) will only be processed after confirmation from the logistics provider.


12. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Hold or delay shipments for verification

  • Cancel orders suspected to be fraudulent


13. Limitation of liability

Our responsibility is limited to handing over the shipment to the courier partner.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses due to delivery issues.
