Refund Policy

Effective Date: 31 March 2026

This Refund Policy governs all refund-related matters for purchases made from Crafted Perfumes.


1. Refund eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation

  • Order is canceled by Crafted Perfumes before dispatch

  • Replacement is not possible for an approved damaged or incorrect product case

No other situations qualify for a refund.


2. Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent preference

  • Perceived performance issues (longevity, projection, etc.)

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Refusal to accept Cash on Delivery orders

All such cases are treated as final sales.


3. Damaged / wrong product cases

If a product is received damaged or incorrect:

  • Customer must report within 48 hours

  • Provide unboxing video and proof

Once verified:

  • Replacement will be prioritized

  • Refund will only be issued if replacement is not feasible


4. Cancellation refunds

  • Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund

  • Once shipped, orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund


5. Refund process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.


6. COD orders

Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for refunds unless payment has already been collected (in case of prepaid COD scenarios).

If a COD order is refused, no refund or compensation is applicable.


7. Partial refunds

We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances.


8. Chargebacks & disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Permanent account restriction

  • Legal action if misuse is identified

Customers are required to contact us for resolution before raising disputes with banks or payment providers.


9. Limitation of liability

Our refund liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the product.

No additional compensation, damages, or claims will be entertained.


10. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse refund requests suspected to be fraudulent

  • Block users from future transactions
