Return & Replacement Policy

Effective Date: 31 March 2026

This policy governs all return and replacement requests for Crafted Perfumes.


1. No return policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal scent preference

  • Perceived performance differences (longevity, projection, etc.)

Once a product is delivered, it is considered accepted by the customer unless it qualifies under replacement conditions below.


2. Eligibility for replacement

Replacements are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective (leakage, broken bottle, non-functional spray)

  • Wrong product delivered

No other conditions will be considered valid for replacement.


3. Mandatory proof requirement

To initiate a replacement request, the customer must:

  • Notify within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide a complete unboxing video (starting before opening the package)

  • Provide clear images showing the issue

Failure to provide valid proof will result in rejection of the request without exception.


4. Verification process

All claims are subject to internal verification.

Crafted Perfumes reserves the sole right to approve or reject any request based on the evidence provided.


5. Replacement process

If approved:

  • A replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost

  • Replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days after approval

We reserve the right to provide the same product or an equivalent alternative if the original product is unavailable.


6. Non-eligible cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Minor packaging damage without product damage

  • Delay in reporting beyond 48 hours

  • Used or partially consumed products

  • Improper handling or storage by the customer


7. Limitation of liability

Our responsibility is limited to replacement of the product only.

No refunds, compensation, or additional claims will be entertained beyond the product value.


8. Fraud prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject claims suspected to be fraudulent or abusive

  • Block customers from future purchases in such cases

10. Final authority

All decisions regarding returns and replacements are final and binding. Crafted Perfumes reserves full discretion in resolving claims.
